Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour

• Warehouse Operations & Logistics: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and finished products.
• Order Fulfillment & Staging: Execute manual tasks including inventory picking, cargo counting, hand staging, and loading/unloading goods using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Inventory & Sorting: Sort and organize items on racks, shelves, pallets, or bins according to product codes, sizes, types, and sequence.
• Documentation & Labeling: Complete and verify forms, shipping labels, and inventory documents to maintain precise tracking and inventory accuracy.
• Equipment & Packaging: Utilize hand/power tools to open/close bales, build or tear down crates, and prepare goods for shipment.
• Material Handling Equipment: Opportunity to operate forklifts once certified (as needed by facility operations).
• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with team members and internal/external stakeholders to provide prompt customer service and assist in resolving operational concerns.
• Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and safe workspace by sweeping docks, organizing staging areas, and following safety guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous warehouse, material handling, or logistics experience is a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and perform manual labor throughout the shift.
• Technical & Tool Skills: Proficient in using hand/power tools and basic computer applications.
• Certifications:
• Valid state-issued driver's license preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Forklift Certification (typically required within 3 to 6 months of hire).
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, high attention to detail, strong communication, and a positive customer-service orientation.
