## The impact you'll make

As a Material Handler at Lam, you play a crucial role in the efficient coordination of materials from shipping and receiving to storing and distributing. Your attention to detail in checking and processing goods, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records are essential to Lam's commitment to operational excellence.

## What you'll do

• Perform a variety of task (physical and administrative) involved in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and fulfillment of merchandise, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Receive materials off incoming trucks and process through audit activities.
• Package and prepare products for shipment, including posting weights and shipping charges.
• Validates goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices and maintain records of quantity and quality.
• Decontaminate and clean materials as they enter the cleanroom environment.
• Facilitate material delivery for parts returning to the Warehouse.
• Complete material transactions in SAP, creating non-conformance reports, and closing required task.
• Operate a sit-down forklift as needed.
• Support a safe work environment by following safe work practices, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and following Lockout Tagout (LOTO) policies and procedures.

## Who we're looking for

• 1-2 years of related experience with a Technical Certificate or Diploma.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Foundational computer skills including use of warehouse management software (WMS) such as SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Frequently position oneself (e.g., bend, stoop, reach, walk, sit, twist, squat, kneel, climb, stand) to perform job tasks for extended periods including moving materials weighing up to 35 pounds.

## Preferred qualifications

• Material handling experience preferred.
• Material handling equipment (MHE) trained or certified - Forklift preferred.
• Associates Degree in a related field is nice to have.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $17.98 - $32.21.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
