Position SummaryThe Material Handler is responsible for the safe movement, storage, and tracking of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout the facility. This position supports production operations by ensuring materials are available when needed, inventory transactions are completed accurately, and all work is performed in accordance with established safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Transport raw materials, finished products, and production supplies throughout the facilityDeliver materials to designated production and warehouse locations in a safe and timely mannerLoad and unload materials from pallets, racks, shelving, and staging areasSupport production teams by maintaining material availability and workflow efficiencySafely operate forklifts and other material handling equipmentComplete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concernsUtilize barcode scanners and inventory systems to accurately record inventory movementsAssist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory auditsIdentify and communicate inventory discrepancies, labeling issues, or material shortagesMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructionsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and inventory accuracy
