Warehouse Associate - Picking & Packing

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, moving cosmetics, beauty products, skincare items, and other retail merchandise throughout the distribution center while supporting daily warehouse operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Pay Rates & Schedules Available

• Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $18.00/hour
• Monday-Thursday | 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM | $18.50/hour
• Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | $18.50/hour
• Friday-Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $19.00/hour

Essential Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and process customer orders.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to locate and track inventory.
• Move merchandise throughout the facility safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as needed.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety policies, and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Comply with all company and regulatory requirements related to product handling and distribution.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move warehouse merchandise safely.
• Ability to safely climb and descend ladders as needed to access product locations.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
