Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking
Heavy Lifter / Manufacturing Cleaning Associate to support our Compounding Department. This role is responsible for cleaning and washing manufacturing buckets and equipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized production environment. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding work and working around manufacturing equipment, fragrances, and chemicals while wearing required PPE.
Essential Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment and buckets according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Wash and prepare equipment for production use.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready manufacturing area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Assist with general housekeeping and production support tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, sanitation, warehouse, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Regular lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery.
- Comfortable working around fragrances, chemicals, heated products, and production equipment while wearing required PPE
