Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Odessa, TX 79763
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $19.00 $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Rotation: 11 days on / 3 days off

Role Overview
The Yard Material Handler is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, locating and verifying equipment numbers, cleaning and staging equipment, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure availability of assets for service operations. This role supports oilfield operations including frac, wellhead, flowback, and related equipment preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Locate, verify, and track equipment numbers accurately
• Clean, stage, and prepare equipment for field operations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure equipment availability
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking using computer systems
• Support yard and warehouse organization and operations
• Prepare equipment for oilfield service applications

• Must have basic computer skills (inventory systems usage required)
• Ability to perform duties beyond forklift operation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced yard/warehouse environment
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Must be able to follow processes and adapt to varied tasks
• Stable work history preferred (frequent job changes every ~3 months not preferred)

• This is a net-new candidate requirement (previously submitted candidates will not be considered)
• Role requires both physical labor and computer-based inventory tracking
• Candidates must be self-driven and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
