Job Title:Material Handler I
Location:
Livermore, CA

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM 4:00 PM)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler I to support shipping, receiving, packaging, and order fulfillment operations in a medical device manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of life-saving medical devices and supplies. Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer and patient orders accurately.
  • Perform shipping and receiving activities.
  • Package products according to company quality standards.
  • Verify order accuracy before shipment.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and organized work areas.
  • Follow SOPs, quality procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Rotate between warehouse functions as required.
  • Support daily warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, packaging, assembly, or order picking.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform warehouse duties.
  • No heavy lifting required.
Preferred Experience:
  • Medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
