Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse team in Nogales, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying quantities, inspecting materials for damage, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support shipping, receiving, and inventory management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage during receipt and prior to shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems as required
• Label, tag, and organize materials effectively for easy identification and access
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments safely
• Support order picking and packing activities to ensure timely fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all material handling tasks
• Use warehouse tools and equipment to facilitate efficient movement of materials
• Follow work instructions based on shipping and receiving documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate material flow
• Assist with stocking and overall inventory management as needed
• Support warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and labels
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving, order picking/packing, load/unload, and general warehouse procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with basic warehouse tools and equipment

The work environment involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs and performing standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching during shifts. No specific PPE or safety requirements are stated.
