    Pay Range: $15.85 to $22.50

    1st Shift - 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday

    Location/Division Specific Information:
    Patheon Logistics, a division of Thermo Fisher Scientific located in Swedesboro, New Jersey, is a premier life sciences specialty logistics provider dedicated to ensuring product integrity throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain. We specialize in the secure handling and transportation of clinical samples, urgent care shipments, commercial trade products, and other critical life sciences materials, delivering solutions that meet stringent Quality Assurance and regulatory standards.

    How Will You Make an Impact?:
    The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe, accurate, and compliant receipt, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical and life sciences products. This role ensures all warehouse activities are performed in accordance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), customer requirements, and Thermo Fisher Scientific quality and safety standards.

    A Day in the Life:

    • Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
    • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins, totes according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
    • Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Experience:

    • Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
    • Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)


    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Basic computer Knowledge


    Physical Requirements / Work Environment

    • Ability to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time (involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching) required.
    • Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 40 lbs.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $15.85–$23.77.

    This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
