Job Summary

The Material Handler III is responsible for receiving, storing, counting, issuing, and processing materials, equipment, products, supplies, tools, and inventory to support distribution and plant operations. This role ensures accurate inventory transactions, efficient material flow, and timely shipping and receiving activities while operating warehouse equipment and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials, products, and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and picker trucks.
• Pick materials according to established procedures.
• Package and ship materials accurately.
• Perform inventory transactions using scanners and warehouse systems.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and scale counts.
• Complete inventory system transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure continuous material flow throughout the supply chain.
• Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Follow company policies and enforce safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or material handling operations.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment testing.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and inventory handling.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
