All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Material Handler for an immediate opening with a manufacturer of automated security and access control products in Kent, WA, near Blue Origin. This role focuses on inventory control, material movement, and ensuring production teams have the parts and materials they need when they need them. We're looking for someone with warehouse, inventory, material handling, forklift, or production support experience. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

What is the pay? $22 per hour.
What schedule does this role have? Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm.
What does the Material Handler do? You'll move inventory, pull materials for production orders, operate warehouse equipment, and help maintain accurate inventory records throughout the facility.

Job Location:
- Kent, WA, near Blue Origin, with convenient access to I-5 and Hwy 167
- Bus line accessible: The job site is near King County Metro Routes 150 and 161
- Conveniently located near BBQ Pete's and several nearby dining options
Schedule for the Material Handler:
- Monday-Thursday
- Day shift: 6:00am-4:30pm

Material Handler Duties:
- Load and unload inventory from storage and production areas
- Store materials in assigned warehouse locations
- Pull products and materials based on production orders
- Track inventory using RFSmart scanners and inventory systems
- Perform inventory cycle counts as required
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and scissor lifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and material locations
- Monitor supply levels and support production needs
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse operating standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Material Handler Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, inventory, material handling, or related experience preferred
- Previous forklift experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills and experience working with inventory systems preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory practices preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Must provide and wear safety-toe footwear
PPE Requirements:
- Composite or steel-toe shoes required
- Safety glasses provided on site
