Job Description:
Must Have:
Laptop / Basic Excel experience
Logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience
Ability to perform manual tasks / lift packages up to 50 lbs and follow instructions
Nice to have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel reporting).
Schedule:
Standard 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), 40 hrs/week standard
Task Breakdown:
Access order queue, print UPS customer shipping and return labels, package items into boxes, conduct inventory counts, package and ship 100–150 parcels/day
Project:
Managing logistics backlog, order fulfillment, and high-volume customer shipments
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
Shipping and receiving of Advance Replacement products
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Ability to lift 50 pounds
2. Read and follow English language instructions
3. Ability to use shipping software
4. Able to meet shipping rate of 100 per day or Receiving rate of 150 per day
PREFERRED SKILLS
1. Prior experience with UPS World Ship software
2. All basic required skills
3. Able to use small tools consistent with shipping process
4. Accuracy in labeling
