Material Handler - Perris, CA

Position Details: 

• Location: Perris, CA 

• Shifts: Multiple shifts available; flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules 

• 1st Shift: $18.00/hour 

• 2nd Shift: $19.50/hour 

• 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour 

• Overtime required as needed 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Efficiently load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage areas. 

• Pick, pack, scan, kitting, and accurately count products using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems. 

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to 7S standards. 

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 

• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• High school diploma or GED required. 

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred. 

• Experience operating material handling equipment is a plus. 

• Strong attention to safety, detail, and accuracy. 

• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work in hot or cold environments. 

• Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems is desirable. 

• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
