SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Material Handler for a large, well-known client in Plano, TX. The Materials Handler is responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate movement, storage, and distribution of materials, supplies, and products within a warehouse, manufacturing facility, or distribution center. This role ensures inventory is properly received, stored, and delivered to the correct locations in a timely manner, supporting production schedules and customer orders.

Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm
Clerk Duties and Responsibilities- Receive incoming materials, verify contents, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately, label, tag, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and stage raw materials or components for production orders.
- Transport materials to and from storage, production areas, or shipping docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning or ERP systems.
- Prepare outbound shipments including packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory.
- Follow proper safety procedures and comply with OSHA and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment accuracy.
Clerk Requirements and Qualifications- Basic math and reading skills •
- Familiarity with inventory systems, barcoding, or ERP software is a plus
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
