Job Description

Position: Material HandlerLocation: Rockford, ILDay Shift- 5 am- 2:30 pm Mon- FridayNight Shift- 4 pm- 3:30 am Mon- Thurs, Friday 3:30 pm- 8:30 pmResponsibilities:
  • Material Handler in a Steel Stamping Warehouse
  • Unloading steel from trucks.
  • Delivering raw material to work centers
  • Tracking and organizing inventory
  • Load the coils on the machines utilizing Overhead Cranes
  • Move Materials with forklifts
  • Update computer systems
Required Skills:
  1. MUST HAVE Overhead Crane and forklift experience (specifically with heavy loads).
  2. MUST HAVE computer experience.
  3. Experience with RF scanners
  4. Inventory control
