    Description

    SynQor is seeking a first-shift Material Handler to join our Shipping/Receiving/Warehousing team. A successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The Material Handler works primarily on material transfer throughout our fast-paced electronics manufacturing facility.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Pick and transport material to assist the entire manufacturing process
    • Process material transactions across multiple points of the factory
    • Maintain physical inventory
    • Ensure proper labeling and documentation of materials
    • General Shipping and receiving as required
    • Perform Oracle/STS transactions

    Material Transfer (80%)

    • Move material across the facility to keep manufacturing lines moving
    • Responsible for pickup across production environment
    • Provide overall support across manufacturing to transport parts and products

    Finished Goods Inventory

    • Receive materials from Manufacturing
    • Issue materials into Finished Goods warehouse
    • Ensure all materials are placed and stored in the correct location
    • Assist in cycle counts in finished goods

    Receive Inbound Materials

    • Receive materials from Purchase Orders
    • Deliver materials to requisitioning department(s)

    Scanning & Labeling (20%)

    • Assist in labeling and scanning product for shipment
    • Processes changes in part numbers through scanning and relabeling materials throughout manufacturing as needed

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Education/GED
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to lift 15-20 pounds, sometimes up to 50 pounds
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic computer skills
