Must have:
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with any corporate inventory systems (Oracle NetSuite, Soft eon, 3PL Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, Manhattan Associates, Fishbowl, and High Jump)
Responsibilities:
- Store received items in designated areas
- Conduct daily cycle counts
- Accurately verify sales orders and shipping documents
- Prepare items for shipment, including packaging and processing shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures
- Communicate with various personnel involved in the shipping and receiving process
- Maintain daily logs and scan inventory
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds occasionally (not very frequent)
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures is important
- Shipping and receiving experience using Oracle (preferred/or experience with *other corporate inventory systems) and carrier shipping software
