Warehouse Material Handler
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Day and Night Shifts Available
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Santa Fe Springs. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, storing, receiving, and distributing materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and committed to meeting productivity and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities against shipping documents.
- Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Label and stage products for distribution.
- Perform routine warehouse cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Basic math and inventory management skills.
- Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
