    Description

    Role:Material Handler II
    Location: Westford, MA
    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Material Handler II to support inventory control and material movement activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This position is responsible formaintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely delivery of materials to manufacturing and assembly areas, and accurately processing material transactions through an ERP system.Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform physical and system-based material movements throughout the facility.
    • Generate Work Orders using the ERP system.
    • Process Work Order Receipts accurately within the ERP system.
    • Perform cycle counting and inventory reconciliation as required.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are available to required production areas on time.
    • Coordinate the movement and flow of materials and products through manufacturing and assembly operations.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support production requirements.
    • Handle chemicals when required, following appropriate safety procedures and training. Chemicals may include isopropyl alcohol and sulfuric acid.
    • Follow all company safety procedures, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other company initiatives.
    • Comply with FDA regulations and applicable company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
    • Maintain professional and cooperative communication with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
    • Work overtime as required to meet business needs.
    • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience.
    • Experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, or similar manufacturing is preferred.
    • Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions.
    • Knowledge of material handling, inventory control, and cycle counting.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
    • Good communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to follow safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
    • Willingness to work overtime when required.
