Alexandria Moulding, an SBP Brand is currently looking for a Material Handler to join our VALUES-based organization. In this role you will focus on:
Responsibilities:
Receive, pick, stage load or return correct warehouse items using equipment as required
Uses automated picker machines to select and move units as available
Read production work orders and scan and stage material accordingly. Inspect for accuracy.
Use equipment to load product on delivery trucks when required
Move any damaged or non-conforming items to the appropriate area for reclaim or return to vendor
Use of sit-down or standup forklift, swing-reach and/or order picker required as well as maintenance of appropriate certification
Perform daily inspections of powered industrial equipment and report maintenance issues to supervisor
View orders or product in inventory system to assist with daily tasks and troubleshoot issues
Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
Meet standards for quality as set forth by the company by inspecting product as received, pulled and/or loaded
Assure proper housekeeping and organization on the docks and warehouse aisles
Qualifications: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Four plus years related experience and previous certifications on powered industrial trucks.
SKILLS & ABILITIES: Use of computers required
