Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with day and night shift options, including overtime opportunities

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and entry-level forklift drivers for 2nd shift operations. This role involves unloading incoming materials, organizing items in designated areas, and moving stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. Attention to detail in identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality issues is crucial. Candidates should be skilled in operating sit-down forklifts and have warehouse experience to ensure efficient handling and storage of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and organize them in designated areas
• Operate sit-down forklifts to move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Locate and transport stock efficiently within warehouse spaces
• Stack and arrange items safely in assigned storage or shipping areas
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and operational efficiency
• Comply with safety protocols, including passing background and drug screening
• Assist in loading and unloading materials during peak times, including overtime when required

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to operate sit-down forklifts (forklift license/certification preferred)
• Warehouse experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely
• Availability for 2nd shift work, including overtime and night shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with order picking, packing, or related warehouse functions

Tools and Equipment:

• Sit-down forklift
• Shelving and pallet racks
• Material handling equipment

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Standing, walking, and operating forklift for extended periods
