Material Loader

Our client, a global industrial and agriculture solutions provider, is seeking a Loader to join their team. As a Loader, you will be part of the Plant Operations Department supporting the On-Site Operations and Safety Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, team collaboration, and strong safety mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Loader
Location: Kennewick/Finley, WA
Pay Range: $20 to $25 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Load and unload trucks, railcars, and totes in compliance with company policies and OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Handle hazardous materials, including cleanup, containment, packaging, and labeling per HAZWOPER standards.
• Complete Bills of Lading and other documentation, including sampling of loaded materials.
• Perform inspections on equipment and maintain a clean, organized plant environment.
• Support plant operations including maintenance, safety programs, emergency response, and operation of site equipment.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical or technical experience preferred.
• Basic math, analytical skills, and chemistry knowledge.
• Ability to read, understand, and complete required documentation.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
