Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement from warehouse to production
• Develop raw material and scheduling requirements based on engineering specifications and production schedules
• Coordinate material flow between purchasing, warehouse, and production teams
• Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems for inventory and schedule management
• Negotiate lead times with suppliers to secure timely deliveries
• Interpret shipping regulations and prepare export/import documentation and applications
• Communicate operational processes and procedures to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and address process improvements within the job area to achieve operational targets

Required Skills and Experience

• Practical experience in material management or supply chain operations
• Proficiency with MRP systems
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and achieve set objectives

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of export/import compliance and documentation
