We are seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in material requirements planning, manufacturing, and business operations to support and lead supply chain strategies within a matrixed organization.

You will be responsible for developing and executing material program plans in support of programs or integrated product teams. This includes end-to-end ownership of supplier management processes—such as risk and opportunity management, supplier performance tracking, metric development, international considerations, and make/buy strategy assessments. You will also ensure compliance with customer requirements including FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offsets, public law, quality standards, and warranty obligations.

    Key responsibilities also include:

    • Leading supply chain activities for proposals, including scope definition, task planning, and basis of estimates (BOEs).
    • Communicating and influencing effectively across functional areas and with external stakeholders.
    • Driving project leadership, budget oversight, and conflict resolution efforts.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration across internal teams, suppliers, and customers. You'll play a critical role in aligning strategies and ensuring execution across multiple disciplines in a dynamic environment.
