Cameron Recycling is looking for a dependable, hardworking Material Sorter / Baler Helper to join our Non-Ferrous Operations team. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in an outdoor environment, and take pride in being a reliable team member, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Assist the bale team with daily operations.

• Sort recyclable materials according to company standards.

• Inspect completed bales for quality.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the yard.

• Support team members with daily production tasks.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

• Knowledge of recyclable or non-ferrous materials is helpful, but not required.

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or recycling is a plus.
