Work Environment:

This position is onsite at Mounds View North, 1st shift.

Responsibilities May Include:

Analyzing, researching, designing, and developing materials and their related fabrication and application processes. Developing and optimizing materials for use in engineering design and application in structures, systems, and subsystems.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Applying principles of chemistry, physics, and material behavior
• Developing metallic, nonmetallic, and composite material and processing specifications
• Conducting material analyses, including failure analysis, life predictions, and requirement specifications
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor material processing procedures

Required Knowledge and Experience:
