Job Title: Materials & Logistics Associate
Pay Rate: $24.80 / hour
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 3:20 PM 2:00 AM (10-Hour Second Shift; Morning Shifts Also Available)
Position Type: 12-Month Contract
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials & Logistics Associate to join our manufacturing team. Working under direct supervision, you will support daily plant operations by maintaining the smooth, accurate flow of materials, parts, and finished products throughout our facility.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for an individual eager to gain hands-on experience in modern manufacturing logistics, equipment operation, and inventory tracking.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and maintain the steady flow of raw materials, supplies, and finished products across designated manufacturing areas.
  • Follow established operational guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure proper material storage and safety.
  • Record and log accurate movement data for incoming and outgoing materials, parts, and inventory shipments.
  • Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment safely following initial training and certification.
  • Perform routine, manual inventory support tasks to keep production lines fully supplied and clear of staging bottlenecks.
  • Identify straightforward material discrepancies and select pre-established solutions to keep daily workflows moving smoothly.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Entry-level; prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus, but no prior experience is required.
  • Education & Training: High School Diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn and execute structured technical workflows.
  • Work Style: Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions explicitly and execute routine, manual tasks with consistency.
  • Equipment & Physical Capabilities: Comfort operating or learning to operate material handling equipment; comfortable with physical, hands-on warehouse work.
  • Availability: Ability to work a consistent 4x10 schedule (Monday through Thursday, 3:20 PM 2:00 AM).
