Job Description
Duties:
- Coordinate material flow to support production schedules, including kitting, staging, and timely delivery to manufacturing areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and system transactions (Oracle/MES) to ensure traceability, compliance, and data integrity.
- Monitor material availability, proactively resolve shortages, and expedite critical components to prevent production delays.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, purchasing, and production teams to align material supply with demand, including support for NPI builds.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, ESD handling, and ITAR/EAR requirements in all material handling and documentation processes.
Skills:
- Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment and safely handle delicate, high-value products.
- Strong hand-eye coordination with the ability to handle and process multiple materials simultaneously.
- Experience working with microscopes (preferred).
- Proficient computer skills, including ERP/MES systems and data entry accuracy.
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify issues and escalate through established chain of command.
- Effective collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional partners.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
