Position Description:
Penn Medicine is seeking a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join our established, collaborative practice at Lancaster, PA. Our practice provides high-quality, comprehensive care for a diverse patient population in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Practice Highlights:
- Team: 3 MFM physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and an on-site genetic counselor
- Schedule: 4-day workweek, 10-hour dayssupporting work-life balance
- Patient Population: Diverse, complex, and rewarding cases

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-risk obstetric care across the spectrum of maternal-fetal medicine
- Perform consultations, outpatient management, and procedures as appropriate
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including genetic counseling, OB/GYN, neonatology, and support staff
- Participate in teaching, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives as opportunities arise
Minimum Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
