BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring a knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic After-School Math Instructor/Tutor to lead an Academic Success: Math Enrichment program for elementary-aged students in Baltimore County.
The program is designed to provide students with additional support in mathematics while helping them build stronger academic skills, confidence, and a positive attitude toward learning.

- 1.5-hour sessions
- $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)

Program Goals

Responsibilities

Lead engaging and age-appropriate math enrichment sessions

Provide academic support and tutoring to elementary students

Help students understand and practice key mathematical concepts

Use hands-on activities, practice exercises, and engaging learning methods

Adapt instruction to different student skill levels

Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Encourage students to ask questions and build confidence

Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students

Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of elementary-level mathematics

Must successfully complete the required Baltimore County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process
