Minimum Qualifications:High school diplomaPreferred experience working with elementary aged studentsMath proficiency as demonstrated by a written assessmentAbility to motivate reluctant learnersAbility to support the needs of all learners, including those with IEPs, 504s, or BIPsEffectively manage student behaviors during small group instructionAbility to lead small group instruction with support from classroom teachers and Elementary Math CoachAbility to work effectively and collaboratively with staff and studentsAbility to withstand the strain of the positionMust demonstrate reliability and punctuality, with a strong record of consistent attendance.
