Temporary assignment supporting the Asset Intelligence Solutions Mobile Program
Anticipated start: Immediate
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7.5-hour workday with a 0.5-hour unpaid lunch
Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days onsite; additional onsite days may be required based on business needs
Position Overview
The Maximo Mobile Analyst will support the IBM Maximo Mobile Program by providing end-user support, troubleshooting field issues, and assisting with the development and modification of inspection forms related to plant operations. This role helps ensure program activities are executed efficiently while maintaining governance standards and supporting operational teams. Key Responsibilities
Train end users on IBM Maximo Mobile and Spatial applications
Develop, revise, and maintain inspection forms for generation, transmission, substation, and security operations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by field users
Assist with the review and development of new inspection forms and enhancements
Program Support Responsibilities
Support meeting preparation, agendas, documentation, and follow-up activities
Prepare and maintain documents, presentations, reports, and governance artifacts
Track program tasks, deadlines, action items, and project activities
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned work
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain SOPs, workflows, compliance logs, templates, and checklists
Review documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance requirements
Draft communications, summaries, and reports for project teams and leadership
Support a structured and detail-oriented approach to program governance
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of IBM Maximo Mobile, Spatial, Managing Inspections, and Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
Experience training users on mobile applications and troubleshooting operational issues
Understanding of electric utility plant operations, including generation, hydro, and transmission environments
Ability to learn new systems, processes, and standards while managing multiple priorities
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting technical, engineering, operational, or compliance-focused programs
Familiarity with project management tools and document control systems
Experience within utility or transmission environments
Experience supporting mobile applications and Maximo solutions
Additional Requirements
Candidates must be local to the Tri-State area
W2 employment status is required
Remote-only work is not available
Candidates must comply with onboarding requirements, including applicable disclosures and documentation
