    Description

    TalentBase is connecting veterans with the nationally recognized Multi Craft Core Curriculum, also known as the MC3 Apprenticeship Readiness Program.

    This full time, 10 week program is designed for individuals interested in exploring careers in the construction trades and preparing for the pre-apprenticeship application and interview process. The program is offered at no cost to participants and combines hands on construction training with workplace preparation and nationally recognized safety training.


    Program Dates: 8/11/2026 - 10/15/2026

    Program Training Includes


    • Hands on construction training
    • Construction trade exploration
    • Apprenticeship preparation
    • OSHA 30 training
    • First Aid, CPR, and AED training
    • 40 Hour HAZWOPER training
    • Resume building
    • Interview preparation
    • Mock interviews
    • Workplace communication


    Participants will gain a clearer understanding of construction career pathways, apprenticeship expectations, job-site safety, and the professional skills commonly needed to pursue opportunities within the skilled trades.

    Veteran Priority

    Veterans referred through TalentBase receive priority consideration for the program. TalentBase will help interested veterans understand the opportunity and navigate the referral process.

    Requirements

    • Must be 18 or older
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Valid and current drivers license
    • Stand for 8+ hours and lift 25+lbs
    • Must pass a drug test
    • Commit to a 10-week training program
