MDS Coordinator (RN)Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator (RN) to join our skilled nursing team.Salary: $90,000 per year + Quality Measure Bonus opportunity up to $7,500 annually! Salary increases are tied to facility census.The MDS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resident assessments, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting appropriate reimbursement and quality outcomes.Qualifications:Active RN license requiredSkilled nursing or long-term care experience requiredMDS experience preferredStrong assessment, documentation, and organizational skillsExperienced SNF nurses with limited MDS experience are encouraged to apply.
