Job Requirement

• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Preferred Majors: Electrical Engineering (BS)
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Responsible, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers to understand and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work on-site at our Fremont, California office.

Job Description

• Assist the FAE and Sales teams in providing technical support to customers and supporting business development activities.
• Support the FAE team with after-sales technical inquiries and customer follow-up to help ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist in preparing product information, application materials, presentations, and technical documentation for internal sales teams and customers.
• Participate in customer meetings and product training sessions with FAE and Sales team members to gain exposure to real-world customer applications and technical discussions.
• Assist with product demonstrations, testing, troubleshooting, and other technical projects as assigned.

Compensation

• Paid Internship - Interns will receive compensation for their work based on the agreed hourly rate.
• Workers'' Compensation - Interns will be covered under the company's Workers'' Compensation insurance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
