We are currently seeking a talented Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) Analyst to join our mission-driven team supporting a high impact project.
Clearance Requirement : TS/SCI with Polygraph
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a discipline with an emphasis in data analytics.
- Minimum of 2 years experience contributing to one of the following:
- MOE analysis activities
- data visualization and/or data-driven reporting
- targeting analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with information operations, strategic communications, psychological operations (PSYOP), and assessing strategic communications operations
- Experience in account-based marketing, public relations, digital media, advertising, and/or journalism
- Experience applying scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of multi-source data to produce evidence-based assessments of operational effectiveness
- Producing MOE Assessments and Briefings, Scheduled MOE Input, and Operational or Strategic MOE Assessments
- Accessing and manipulating data from multiple source types
- Identifying and recommending solutions for closing data collection gaps and incorporating advanced technologies from academic and commercial communications industries to enhance analytical tradecraft
- Targeting or Analysis experience
