What You'll Do
As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for
- Cutting and trimming meat with precision
- Cleaning carcasses to maintain hygiene standards
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Working in cold refrigerated environments
- Putting meat into bags and sealing with cryovac machines
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
- Prior experience as a butcher or in a grocery store meat department
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate product counts
- Comfortable standing throughout the shift
- Willingness or ability to purchase a knife set if needed

Location & Schedule
