Pay & Schedule
- Hourly range: $14.50–$19.00/hr. (role-specific; discussed in interview)
- Shift differential: +$1.50/hr. for 2nd and 3rd shift
- Typical schedule: Monday–Saturday
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–Midnight
What You’ll Do
- Follow all safety and security procedures in a cold manufacturing environment
- Stay active on your feet for extended periods; bend and twist as needed
- Lift 25–35 lbs. routinely; up to 50 lbs. on occasion
- Be available for overtime and weekend work when needed

- Team-first attitude and reliability
- Comfort working in cold conditions
- Pre-employment drug testing required
