Ensuring Chart's Success…
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of equipment within the manufacturing facility including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting. The maintenance mechanic is directly involved with the execution of Chart's Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program and perform facilities maintenance involving welding, plumbing, painting, carpentry and other maintenance duties, as assigned.

Your Experience Should Be...
Mechanic I
Minimum 1-3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanic II
Minimum 3-5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanic III
Minimum 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical knowledge of industrial powered equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes and hoists, etc.
Ability to read and understand maintenance instructions, schematics and blueprints, perform math computations and computer data entry.
Advanced troubleshooting and technical repair skills.
Electrical background and prior training required.
Maintenance Electrician license or Journeyman's or Masters license for the state of MN preferred.
Your Education Should Be…
Vocational/Technical training in machining, electrical or mechanical
