Job Description
Responsibilities:- Follow standard work procedures and visual operating procedures to successfully complete assigned tasks.
- Participate in the assembly of products using hand tools, portable power tools, or by hand.
- Assist with the assembly process and testing on the production floor to meet customer needs and project timelines.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and staff to ensure process documentation (Work Instructions, SOPs, etc.) is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:- Associate's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent technical experience/certifications.
- 3+ years of experience as a technician, including CAD design experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly in an industrial work setting.
- Hands-on experience working with hand tools.
