Mechanical Assembler-1st

Hire Dynamics is searching for a mechanical assembler for a facility in S.Charlotte, NC.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to assemble mechanical components, sub assemblies, and finished products according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand and power tools and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Shift/Pay:

• Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
• Pay $18

Responsibilities for Picker, Packer and loader include:

• Assemble mechanical parts, components, and subassemblies according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or equipment issues.
• Perform testing and adjustments on assembled products as required.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and measuring devices.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
