Nesco Resource is looking for Mechanical Assembly Technicians to join a manufacturing team in Bedford, OH!

If you enjoy building things, working with tools, reading blueprints, and seeing a project come together from start to finish, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Assemble sheet metal components and mechanical equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.

• Use a variety of hand and power tools, including drills and impact wrenches.

• Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and components.

• Measure, mark, and cut materials using a tape measure.

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience.

• Experience working with sheet metal is a plus.

• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.

• Comfortable using hand and power tools.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to stand throughout the shift.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

PAY, BENEFITS & PERKS:

$19–$23/hour based on experience!
