• Previous mechanical assembly or industrial manufacturing experience required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Mechanical Assembler C – Position Summary

The Mechanical Assembler C is responsible for assembling mechanical components, equipment, and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, specifications, and production requirements. This position requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a focus on producing accurate, high-quality assemblies while maintaining safe work practices.

Mechanical Assembler C – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints and work instructions

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly tasks

• Align, fit, fasten, and secure components to meet required specifications

• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, fit, and workmanship

• Identify missing, damaged, or defective components and report issues

• Make assembly adjustments as needed to meet quality requirements

• Maintain accurate production documentation and follow work orders

• Keep tools and work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards

Mechanical Assembler C – Additional Qualifications

• Experience with industrial machinery, fabricated equipment, or mechanical systems preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues

• Familiarity with fasteners, fittings, mechanical components, and assembly hardware

• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Pay: $26+ per hour, depending on experience

• Shift Differential: Additional $2 per hour

• Potential Starting Rate: $28+ per hour with the shift differential

• Shift: 2nd Shift

• Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma
