Mechanical Drafter/ CAD Drafter

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in determining appropriate corrective actions for damaged or worn equipment based on breakdown history and discussions with the operations team to identify cost-effective solutions.

• Assist in overseeing the protection of physical assets, facility and equipment maintenance, and facility housekeeping to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

• Dispatch and oversee outside housekeeping service vendors, conducting physical inspections to ensure quality of work.

• Participate in environmental audits.

• Provide compliance training with some supervision.

• Draft feasibility studies and assist with projects as required by the management team.

• Draft conveyor design options using AutoCAD or other computerized drawing software.

• Calculate cost estimates for alternative designs and document the design process.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
