Job Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical production units and subassemblies.
• Perform repeatable production builds of wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical integrations.
• Install and connect compute, control, power, and sensor systems.
• Conduct functional tests, inspections, and basic calibration steps.
• Identify and escalate build issues to manufacturing or engineering leads.
• Rework or repair production units as directed.
• Maintain organized workstations, tools, and production materials.
• Support kitting, material handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with factory integration, final assembly, and shipment preparation.
• Provide feedback on work instructions and tooling to improve clarity and repeatability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment (e.g., aerospace, construction, automotive, or electrical service industries).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, hydraulic and pneumatics.
• Basic English skills for reading instructions and verbal communication.
• Legal authorization for employment in the United States without employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferences

• Experience with drone technology.
• Ability to perform electrical wire terminations and manage wire routing.
• Experience in disassembling, modifying, reworking, refurbishing, and reassembling components.
• Knowledge of various processes, operations, and equipment.
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
