Job Description
- Design, model, and analyze mechanical systems from concept through production.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using CATIA.
- Perform linear/nonlinear static and dynamic structural analysis using ANSYS.
- Perform steady-state and transient thermal analysis, including temperature gradients and thermal stresses, using ANSYS.
- Optimize designs for weight, reliability, and manufacturability based on simulation results.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Prepare clear technical reports and engineering documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong CATIA experience, including complex surface and solid modeling.
- Hands-on ANSYS experience in structural and thermal validation.
- Strong understanding of heat transfer, material science, and mechanical stress analysis.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
