Job Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CATIA, ANSYS, and FEA to design and analyze mechanical systems from concept through production. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both structural and thermal analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Create complex 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using CATIA.
Perform linear/non-linear and static/dynamic structural analysis using ANSYS.
Conduct steady-state and transient thermal analysis, including heat transfer, temperature gradients, and thermal stress.
Perform FEA to validate mechanical strength, durability, and product performance.
Optimize designs for weight, reliability, and manufacturability.
Work closely with manufacturing and cross-functional engineering teams.
Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
