Northeast Aero is seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with a passion for aviation repair to join our Engineering department. The engineer supports our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations across our component repair departments. Our ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys solving practical problems, evaluating equipment and tooling, and working closely with the shop floor. The engineer partners with Production, QA, Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales to deliver reliable, efficient, and compliant service to our customers. The engineer's responsibilities include test stand design and modernization, failure analysis, and the evaluation of equipment, tooling, and manufacturer technical data.
