Mechanical Engineer (Rotating Equipment)

In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing rotating machinery within our plant operations. Reporting directly to the Manager of Reliability and Performance, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the seamless operation and enhancement of equipment reliability. Key responsibilities include analyzing system and plant performance, and managing components such as steam turbines, pumps, and valves. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding technical processes, driving improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety programs. You will actively participate in root cause analyses, manage project executions in line with budgeting and timelines, and play a vital role in maintenance planning and implementation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and brings significant experience with steam power plant operations and knowledge of thermodynamic and mechanical systems.
