Description
Position Description:
A Mechanical Engineering Team Lead will assist in the continued growth of the E3M Solutions engineering team on design build, design assist, and plan & spec while focusing on an empowering approach to leadership guiding and mentoring other members of the team.
Position Responsibilities:
Act as discipline lead and supervisor for design team completing:
AutoCAD, REVIT & Load Models
Site Visits & Assessments
Point for project designs
Provide design solutions for systems as applicable
Mechanical & Plumbing Building Systems
Process Related Systems
Alternative Energy Systems
Coordinate and collaborate with other discipline Team Leads, as well as Business Lead
Assist in maintaining of standards & tools for engineering
Participate in conceptual development meetings with E3M team, clients, or contractors
Work in R&D efforts on new technologies and opportunities
Perform other tasks and items necessary in a small business
Team Captain Mentality:
A team lead is like a team captain with roughly 60-80% billable anticipated with the balance of the time focused on coordinating with business lead, mentoring team members and working closely to support overall development of the team they represent.

Position Requirements:
Professional Engineering License (PE) Required
10+ Years Design Experience - Preferred
AutoCAD & Revit Proficiency Preferred
Word & Excel Proficiency Required
Trane Trace or other Load Modeling Proficiency Preferred
